Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
